Farashband
Farashband is a city of Fars province. The region’s nomads have created a beautiful space and the emergence of the hand-woven like Gabbeh, Glim and Jajim. Nearly 25,000 nomads inhabit for 7–8 months in pastures every year. In this city there is a chance to live nomad’s life.
History
The monuments which is left in this city, indicate the history of the city is come back to 1600 years ago. People have always believed that the city was created during the reign of Bahram Gur in Sassanid Empire. Monuments with Chahartaq architecture show this fact.
